La Silva Screen Records ha appena pubblicato sul loro nuovo sito una bella e lunga intervista (10 minuti) a Murray Gold, in cui si parla ovviamente della colonna sonora di Doctor Who.

Scopriamo quali sono i suoi pezzi preferiti, se trova tempo di fare altro nonostante l’impegno con Doctor Who, cosa ne pensa dei prom, se guardava la serie da piccolo, come si lavora a distanza (lui vive a New York) e molto altro!

Kafka the Musical – Intervista a Murray Gold

Ieri sera Murray Gold è stato intervistato nella trasmissione radiofonica Front Row sul suo mini “musical” dedicato a Kafka e che vede protagonista nel ruolo, ovviamente, di Kafka, un certo David Tennant.

Potete ascoltare l’intervista direttamente sull’iPlayer della BBC.

L’intervista a Murray (che parla anche di Doctor Who e altro) inizia al minuto 22, ma all’inizio della trasmissione si può anche sentire David che canta!

Scopriamo anche che la nuova produzione della play Rocket to the Moon (con Keeley Hawes di Ashes to Ashes) ha la musica di Murray Gold.Kafka The Musical Script

Abbiamo anche la data di trasmissione di Kafka: il (qui le 21), su BBC Radio 3. Sì, il giorno di Pasqua… saranno giornate… interessanti!

E sempre in ambito “murraygoldiano” è stato annunciato qualche giorno fa che la musica della quarta stagione di Torchwood sarà sua (e non di Ben Foster come la terza… o una collaborazione tra i due come le prime due).
